Sr. Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the day-to-day of implementation projects as well as support for the Mattel s Rights Management
System Rightslogic.
Research, design, and document specifications for the development, maintenance and enhancement of
Mattel s Rights Management System RightsLogic.
Manage Implementation Projects including:
o Collect and create requirements
o Update JIRA stories to represent requirements
o Collaborate with vendor to determine best approach for customizations
o Handle support questions from internal and external parties
o Write Use Cases and Test Scripts
o Test new releases and approve release to end users
o Review results with Operations team for signoff
Lead planning, coordination and execution of projects, with a clear focus on timelines and
communication in a dynamic environment
Provide ongoing support to Clients using Service Now, by troubleshooting issues, identifying and
implementing long-term solutions, and short-term resolutions if necessary
Ensure project priorities are clearly communicated and understood
Prepare training documentation and lead webinars for training
Educate our users regarding capabilities of the system, and guide them to a solution that substantially
meets their needs, and requires minimum customization

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
5+ years experience with systems analysis (including support and QA)
Prior experiences managing projects to successful completion
Experience with RightsLogic preferred

Former RSG Employee having experienced with Rightslogic (Finance/Royalty processing) is preferred
