Roles & Responsibilities :
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and audits of IT systems to identify potential compliance issues.
Policy Implementation: Develop and implement IT compliance policies and procedures.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor compliance with IT policies and procedures, and report on compliance status to senior management.
Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to IT staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
Incident Management: Manage and investigate IT compliance incidents, and implement corrective actions.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and Internal Audit, to ensure a cohesive approach to IT compliance.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT compliance activities and findings.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present compliance dashboards to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) is a plus.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory RBI requirements and IT Outsourcing & ITGRC Ciruclars and IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL).
Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
