Network Security Engineer - CCNP/CISSP Certified (7-10 yrs)

Exp: 7+ years.

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore.

Shifts : General (Hybrid).

Job Description :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in Network architecture design and review, familiar with security controls across platforms, cloud and On-premises.

- Ensure compliance with security standard and best practices across platforms.

- Ensure efficiency and efficacy of deployed network security controls deployed in the corporate environment.

- Maintain secure network architecture, including firewall, WAF, VPN, IPS, cloud proxy and other network security controls.

- We are looking for candidates who can join us within 30 days.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad or Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, compliance, and architecture design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures, including firewalls, WAF, VPN, IPS, cloud proxies, and other security controls.

- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices across all platforms (cloud and on-premises).

- Monitor and analyze network security events and incidents to identify potential threats.

- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.

- Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with other security teams to ensure overall security posture.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest network security trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 6-8 years of experience in network security, architecture, and compliance.

- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, etc.).

- Experience with network security devices (firewalls, WAF, IPS, VPN).

- Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in network security (e.g., CISSP, CCNP Security).

- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).

- Knowledge of SIEM and SOAR tools.
