SAP Data Quality Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Quality Lead to design, develop, and implement robust data quality solutions using SAP BOIS (Information Steward) and SAP BODS (Data Services).

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data profiling, cleansing, validation, and enrichment processes.

This role involves leading projects, exploring innovative data quality tools, and mentoring team members to ensure high standards in data quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Quality Solution Design & Implementation :

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of data quality solutions.

- Leverage SAP BOIS (Information Steward) for data profiling, rule creation, DQ scorecards, cleansing advisor, and package building.

- Utilize SAP BODS (Data Services) for match/merge processes, data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment of multilingual data.

Data Cleansing & Validation :

- Implement address cleansing and validation solutions, including multilingual data handling.

- Optimize data extraction, validation, and reporting for both batch and real-time processes.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Guide and mentor a team of data quality professionals, ensuring project success.

- Manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new data quality tools and solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

Exploration of Emerging Tools :

- Research and evaluate new data quality products such as SAP BTP - DQM Microservices and SAP MDG.

Qualifications.

Experience :

- 8-12 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in SAP BODS and 1-2 years in SAP BOIS (Information Steward).

- Strong expertise in data quality transformations, including match/merge, data cleansing, and enrichment processes.

- Hands-on experience in data migration using SAP BODS and information stewardship for data profiling and quality management.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Data Profiling, Rule Creation, DQ Scorecard Generation, Cleansing Advisor, and Match Configuration in SAP BOIS.

- Expertise in Match & Merge/De-duplication, Data Cleanse, and Standardization processes in SAP BODS.

- Knowledge of SAP Address Cleansing and Validation Solutions for multilingual data.

- Familiarity with SAP BTP - DQM Microservices and SAP MDG is preferred.
