Lead Engineer for HTTS and TAC/BU when driving customers escalated or reoccurring reactive issues to resolution.

Advanced knowledge of Routing and Switching

Multicast ,BNG Technology & Services

ASR9K Platform.

CCNA,CCNP,CCIE is preferred

Good Knowledge of Cisco IOS/XR Platform
