Role Overview:
- As the Content Head at Ridhira Group, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand narrative and driving content strategy across all channels.
- Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and supports our business objectives.
- From overseeing content creation to managing a team of talented writers and creatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Ridhira Group brand identity and establishing our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and target audience preferences.
- Oversee the creation of various types of content, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, social media posts, website copy, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all content is consistent in style, tone, and voice, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Sales, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing initiatives and drives measurable results.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Masters' degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in content creation and management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or within the real estate, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high- performing teams.
- Proficiency in content management systems, SEO principles, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.
