Site Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Indore for a Construction Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction site, manage site personnel, communicate with project managers and stakeholders, conduct inspections, and ensure construction safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and experience in site supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in conducting inspections and quality control
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and ability to enforce them
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
• Knowledge of construction material and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in construction or real estate industry is a plus
