Chief Manager - Finance & Accounts (10-20 yrs)

Job Description:

Finalization of Monthly Trial Balance:

- Review & Ensuring of the month end entries/provisions, posted in GL & SL so to confirm accuracy of Trial Balance.

- Product Wise costing through the Oracle R12 OPM Module - Review & Ensuring the OPM Closure & accuracy of the Product Costing.

COC (Cost of Conversion):

- Review & ensuring the COC Report Monthly with Variance with reasons and making recommendation for optimize the Cost to Unit Head and plant team.

Capex management and control:

- Take steps for Initiation of capex's as per plan in the Budget. Follow up for capex completions.

Key Skills:

- Financial Reporting: Analysis & review of variance against budget & previous period, Variable cost in terms of Usages, Mix & Rate variance, Fixed cost variance ,NPA Inventory reporting.

- Internal audit, Statutory Audit and CSA closure - Initiate closure of internal audit points with departments.

- Liaising with Government Agencies: Unit GST Input Credit on Purchases - No reversal, Coordination with the Unit and Central , Compliance Team on Government Notice ,info GST/Custom/Excise.

- Budgeting - Organizing the inputs for the preparing the budget for more clarity please reply.
