3i Infotech - Head - Chief Finance Officer (10-15 yrs)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To shape the company's agenda, engage with investors and capital markets, ensure strong financial performance, and partner with business colleagues to support operations.

- The position must also oversee the finance function's core audit, regulatory, risk-management responsibilities, managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.

- Advising on long-term business and financial planning.

- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.

- Drive the company's financial planning responsible for long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the company strategic plans.

- Ensure timely availability of reports to all stakeholders for appropriate action.

- Advice the senior management to align finances with shortand long-term financial planning and projections commensurate with Business objectives.

- Responsible for company's short and long term financial performance and provide an accurate analysis of the business plans and follow up on their implementation.

- Responsible for all financial management for organization and lead the finance and controlling team to ensure P & L is met as per plan.

- Manage cash flow and forecastingDecide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks, Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure, ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations.

- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.

- Responsible for Indian / US(SOX) / Multinational finance, accounting, tax and compliance regulations.

- Direct all financial, project, business verticals, locations, entity accounting.

- Manage vendor relationships.

- Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system.

- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience as as a Head of Finance, or relevant role.

- Experience in a listed IT company is important.

- Balanced Experience of Controllership and Business finance.

- Ability to manage a Scalable business by balancing compliance and entrepreneurship.

- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e. SAP).

- Ability to strategize and solve problems.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and people skills.
