Chief Financial Officer - Architectural Products (10-15 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our architectural hardware company. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting, ensuring the company's financial health and supporting long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial strategies, manufacturing cost structures, supply chain finance, and compliance within the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Cost Optimization: Analyze and optimize costs across procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate governance, and financial policies.

- Investment & Fundraising: Lead capital raising efforts, investor relations, and financial negotiations.

- ERP & Financial Systems: Implement and oversee financial systems, leveraging technology for accuracy and efficiency.
