Skin and Hair Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Skin & Hair Technician to join our cosmetology clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing advanced skin and hair treatments, including laser hair reduction, chemical peels, and other dermatological procedures under the guidance of dermatologists or cosmetologists.

Key Responsibilities:

   •   Laser Hair Reduction: Perform laser hair removal treatments using advanced laser technology, ensuring patient safety and optimal results.

   •   Skin Treatments: Conduct procedures such as chemical peels, hydrafacials, microdermabrasion, and other aesthetic skin treatments.

   •   Hair Treatments: Administer hair regrowth therapies like mesotherapy, and scalp treatments for hair loss.

   •   Client Consultation: Assess skin and hair conditions, educate clients on treatments, and provide pre- and post-care instructions.

   •   Equipment Handling & Maintenance: Ensure all equipment, including laser machines, is properly maintained, sterilized, and used as per safety protocols.

   •   Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate client records, treatment plans, and progress reports.

   •   Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to clinical safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and professional environment.

   •   Product Knowledge: Recommend suitable skincare and haircare products based on individual client needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

   •   Diploma/Degree in Cosmetology, Dermatology, Aesthetics, or related field.

   •   Certification in Laser Therapy and Chemical Peels is preferred.

   •   Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dermatology clinic, medspa, or cosmetology setup.

   •   Strong knowledge of skin types, hair conditions, and aesthetic treatments.

   •   Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

   •   Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

   •   Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow clinical guidelines.
