Retail Operations Specialist

Main Purpose:

As an operations specialist, he/she efficiently assists the Retail Area Sales Manager in elevating bring about operational efficiencies within Cartier retail network by ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day retail operations maximize overall operational efficiency to allow for commercial success and seamless client experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

I.Merchandising Product Assortment:

• Coordinate merchandising efforts to curate the ideal product assortment for existing and upcoming boutiques, enhancing customer appeal sales performance
• Monitor stock levels and ensure boutiques are properly stocked. Fair share, rebalancing to be monitored

II. Business Analysis:

• Perform all duties of a Business Analyst, delivering comprehensive dashboards and insightful reports to management for data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare market and competition analysis reports to identify improvement areas and implement best practice

III. Boutique operations:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and enhance store operational efficiency
• Manage uniform allowance for all boutique employees
• On-site support new store opening and preplan store opening procedure
• Cooperate with multi functional department to develop operation systematic procedure
• Develop procedure of preplanning store supplies
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure store appearance and merchandise meet company standard
• Enhance client repair efficiency in boutique.
