Job Summary:

Adamas University is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to enhance its online presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns. The role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, SEO, and content strategy to effectively communicate the university's vision and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, curate, and publish high-quality digital content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, to enhance the universitys online visibility.
• Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with branding guidelines.
• Optimize content for SEO and implement digital marketing best practices to drive organic traffic.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with academic departments and university stakeholders to create compelling content that promotes courses, events, and research initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze digital engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance content strategy and audience engagement.
• Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or online marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of SEO, content management systems (WordPress or similar), and social media analytics.
• Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced academic environment.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
