Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address real-world problems and drive AI projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and AI models for specific use cases.
• Implement and maintain AI pipelines for data preprocessing, training, and deployment.
• Research and apply state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques in AI, including deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights for predictive modeling.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and reliable in production environments.
• Continuously monitor and improve deployed models to enhance accuracy and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML models (minimum 7 to 15 years
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with deep learning models and architectures (CNNs, RNNs, transformers, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
• Understanding of MLOps practices for CI/CD in machine learning pipelines.
• Familiarity with big data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Certification in AI/ML or related fields.
