About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our management team in lead generation, data organization, and outreach efforts. This role is pivotal in streamlining sales processes and ensuring the team operates at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Research:

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads in target industries.

- Gather accurate and relevant information, such as contact details (phone numbers and email addresses) of potential clients.

- Update and maintain a comprehensive lead database.

2. Sales Tracker Management:

- Maintain and update sales trackers to ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and progress.

- Organize data systematically for easy access and reporting.

- Monitor and highlight trends, performance metrics, and areas of improvement.

3. Administrative Support:

- Assist the management team with routine tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and coordination.

- Prepare reports and presentations as required.

- Manage communications with prospective and existing clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.

4. Outreach and Coordination:

- Draft professional emails and other outreach communications.

- Assist in planning and executing email campaigns or other lead-nurturing activities.

- Coordinate internally with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and updates.

5. Market Research and Insights:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.

- Share findings with the team to refine sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven experience in sales support, business development, or a similar role.

3. Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and CRM software.

4. Strong research and data organization skills.

5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

6. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

7. Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
