Seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join in Navi Mumbai and Pune. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in talent acquisition within the EPC/EPCM and Oil & Gas (onshore) industries. This role focuses on sourcing top talent from relevant competitors and building strong pipelines for critical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.

- Source and attract candidates from relevant industries, including EPC/EPCM and Oil & Gas, targeting competitors.

- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to meet current and future business needs.

- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.

- Utilize recruitment platforms, professional networks, and market mapping to identify top talent.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company's employer brand.

- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to enhance the recruitment strategy.

Key Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition within the EPC/EPCM and Oil & Gas (onshore) industries.

- Proven track record of hiring for roles in similar organizations .

- Strong understanding of the industry's talent landscape and market trends.

- Exceptional sourcing and networking skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
