International Business Development Role - Manufacturing Sector (2-4 yrs)

- Identify and evaluate new international business development opportunities, specifically focusing on APAC and other ROW markets.

- Proactively identify potential partners or acquisitions overseas to expand our presence and offerings.

- Lead the end-to-end process of launching and scaling our business in the designated geographies.

- Collaborate closely with the R&D and Production teams to ensure seamless product launches and delivery.

- Manage and nurture customer/client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.

- Drive lead generation, prospecting, and conversion through effective business development strategies.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA with Proven experience of 2+ Years & track record in business development within the Manufacturing Sector.

2. Strong lead generation and sales skills with a keen aptitude for negotiation.

3. Exceptional ownership of tasks and a track record of successfully navigating complex deals.

4. Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.

5. Flexibility and willingness to travel locally and internationally based on business needs.
