We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology department and drive innovation in our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the companys technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of technology systems.
• Lead the software development process, from design and coding to testing and deployment.
• Drive the development of high-quality software products and solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors, partners, and service providers.
• Evaluate and select technology solutions that align with business needs.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for research and development to enhance the companys competitiveness.
• Develop and manage the technology budget, allocating resources effectively to meet project and departmental goals.
• Ensure cost-effective technology operations.
• Identify and mitigate technology-related risks.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reports to the CEO and executive team on technology initiatives, progress, and performance.
• Communicate technology strategies and achievements to stakeholders.

• Protect and leverage the companys intellectual assets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA is preferred).
• Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role, with a successful track record in technology strategy and management.
• Deep understanding of technology trends, software development, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate technology teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and business outcomes.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Knowledge of data security, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience with technology partnerships and vendor management.
• Patents or intellectual property portfolio is a plus.
