Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our molecular filter solutions for air treatment. This position will be critical in driving product innovation, enhancing performance, and ensuring the successful launch and lifecycle management of air treatment products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in air filtration, product management, and a passion for improving environmental health through innovative technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Product Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for molecular air filters, with a clear focus on customer needs, market trends, and technological advancements.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging needs in air quality and air purification.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., R&D, sales, marketing) to define the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, manufacturing, marketing, etc.) to bring new molecular filter products from concept to market.
- Define product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback, regulatory standards, and technical feasibility.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including continuous improvements, version releases, and end-of-life decisions.
3. Customer & Market Insights:
- Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, needs, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support to gather insights and refine the product offering.
- Engage with customers and industry professionals to test and validate product features and performance.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to bring products from development to market efficiently and effectively.
- Partner with sales and marketing to create compelling go-to-market strategies, messaging, and product positioning.
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments to ensure timely and successful product launches.
5. Regulatory & Compliance:
- Ensure that all air treatment products meet necessary regulatory standards, industry certifications, and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements for air filtration systems (e.g., UL, ISO, EPA standards) and ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
6. Performance Metrics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse product performance post-launch, using customer feedback, sales data, and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product performance, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Make data-driven decisions for product adjustments or enhancements to ensure long-term success.
