Key Responsibilities
→ Create graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements,
brochures, etc.
→ Develop visual concepts that align with company branding and marketing strategies.
→ Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative assets.
→ Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and typography to ensure high-quality output.
→ Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and materials.
→ Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output.
→ Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Essential Job Functions
→ Design engaging and high-quality visuals for digital and print media, ensuring brand
consistency across all platforms.
→ Articulates creative ideas, refines existing concepts and introduces innovative design
solutions to elevate brand presence.
→ Stay updated on the latest design tools, industry trends, and best practices to enhance design
efficiency and effectiveness.
→ Works closely with the marketing team to plan and execute visually impactful campaigns,
events, and digital content strategies.
→ Proposes creative design improvements for the company website and ensures alignment with
branding goals.
→ Monitors and analyzes social media activity to assess brand visibility and engagement.
→ Assists in marketing outreach through visually appealing email campaigns using HTML/CSS.
→ Captures and documents learnings to enhance team knowledge, conduct training sessions,
and foster a culture of creative collaboration.
→ Ensures all design outputs meet high-quality standards and adhere to the companys brand
guidelines and benchmarks.
→ Must be proactive in troubleshooting design-related challenges and implementing effective
solutions.
→ Ensures accuracy and precision in every design element.
→ Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high design
quality.
→ Open to feedback, willing to iterate designs, and adaptable to changing business needs.
Education and Work Experience
→ Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
→ 3-5 years of experience providing professional services to clients.
→ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design
tools.
→ Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
→ Understanding branding, color theory, and typography.
→ Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills. High energy level, self-motivated,
flexible, and adaptable work style, and a strong dedication to generating results.
→ Ability to take creative direction and work independently or in a team environment.
→ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
