Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in crafting visuals that resonate with our audience, reflect our brand identity, and communicate the benefits of our products. You will collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to design engaging digital and print assets for campaigns, packaging, social media, website, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop on-brand graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, and advertisements.
• Create visually compelling packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and product messaging.
• Collaborate with the product team to develop illustrations, labels, and user guides for skincare products.
• Produce engaging content for digital campaigns, including videos, animations, and infographics.
• Maintain and evolve the brands visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photography for marketing purposes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies in the skincare and beauty industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Experience with product packaging design and understanding of print production processes.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print mediums.
• Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
