Duties and Responsibilities
→ 2-4+ years of hands-on experience developing software
→ Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the ServiceNow user base.
→ Responsible for process-oriented development of ServiceNow applications and interfaces
from concept drafting, requirements gathering (both customer and internal), solution design,
development, UAT, implementation, to qualified documentation
→ Assist the process for reviewing and improving policies and procedures to support an
ITSM/ITIL framework (desired future state, ServiceNow capabilities, etc.)
→ Responsible for managing rollout of new ServiceNow modules, features, and functionality.
→ Lead and implement the design and configuration of new solutions in ServiceNow.
→ Perform upkeep on existing solutions (e.g. business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs,
workflows, dashboard & reporting, data imports, service catalog development, etc)
→ General database design: business rules, client scripts, server scripts, scheduled jobs, UI
policies, ACLs, reporting, forms & lists, events, notifications
→ Specific modules: ITSM, Service Desk Call, SLA, Asset Management, Change Management,
Collaborate/Chat Support, Project + Portfolio Management, Performance Analytics, Service
Portal
→ Monitor and optimize the health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform
→ Coordinate & execute platform upgrades & maintenance, update set management, system
clone.
→ Advise teams on design, development and overall best practice configuration of ServiceNow
→ Document/Maintain functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business
use cases
→ Interface with clients at all levels both via SDMs and directly, to communicate system ,
functionality / business process, provide support, and discussions surrounding root cause
analysis after outage events
Skill Set / Competencies Required
→ Experience in a Domain Separated ServiceNow environment
→ Experience implementing new modules into a ServiceNow environment
→ AngularJS
→ Domain admin type system administration experience (o365 or similar)
→ Experience deploying a ServiceNow environment
→ Knowledge of cloud technology and distributed computing
→ Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills
→ Exhibits prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new
technology.
→ Execute against multiple work streams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and deliver
iconic experiences
