- Work with the Senior Management of the Organization on developing technology strategy and implementation plans that align to the business requirements.

- Reviews system enhancement cases and makes recommendations while prioritizing changing demands, multi-tasks, and creatively meets tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, software development best practices, industry trends, emerging technologies, security protocols, and particularly in the areas salient to our solutions; ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.

- Establish systematic management development and provide capable management succession for the technology function.

- Provide leadership to team, responsible for development of a platform that supports the company's Purpose and values.

- Conduct research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.

- Construct reliable control and decision support systems, keep abreast of critical issues and works with management to impact positive outcomes.

- Efficiently manage development resources across lines of business, diverse product portfolios and multiple projects using proven methodologies, repeatable processes and standard tools.
