Associate Vice President/Vice President - Technology - BFSI (10-16 yrs)

Looking for AVP/ VP Technology, Gurugram

- We are looking for a senior technology professional who will be responsible for executing a comprehensive technology strategy that is aligned with our business goals and who can support our ambitious growth plans.

- You will supervise all technical aspects of the company and associated group companies, accelerate digital innovation within the organisation and lead team of IT Professionals to ensure that products and services are developed efficiently and in most effective way.

Required skills and qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.

- Previous experience of at least 5-7 years in a senior technical leadership role, ideally at a startup or in a fast-paced, high-growth company in Financial Services/Fintech domain.

- Deep understanding of technology trends, best practices and extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity best practices.

- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies within focus on digital innovation.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing technology teams.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives across multiple business units.

- Passion for startups and building innovative products from the ground up.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to shape a product with high potential.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of the technical aspects of the business(es).
