Technical Operation Analyst

Purpose of the Role:
As a FPO - Technical Operations Analyst, you'll research real estate properties, validate order and sales contract information, and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems. You'll provide support throughout the order lifecycle, collect and consolidate HOA data, and maintain the HOA database while meeting monthly targets and managing urgent properties.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Research various real estate properties and collaborate directly with Elite's customers, vendors/HOAs, and cross-department teams.
2. Review and validate order and sales contract information (order forms, agreements, POs, approvals) for completeness and accuracy, following processing SLAs and booking policies.
3. Ensure the accuracy of booked orders, including order, sales contract, and sales account data, in CRM/Workflow systems.
4. Provide operational support to sales and other teams throughout the order lifecycle.
5. Collect and consolidate HOA data from online research and calls into workflow systems.
6. Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure the accuracy of releases.
7. Maintain and organize the HOA database, and handle daily linkups as per project requirements.
8. Meet monthly targets and complete urgent properties on time.
9. End to end operations handling

Education and Experience:
1. Relevant experience in real estate, finance, or title companies is preferred.
2. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
Good to have a Wi-Fi-enabled laptop.
Should not be actively pursuing education.
Should not have a career gap of more than 6 months.
Must be comfortable working night shifts (06:30 PM - 03:30 AM and 09:00 PM- 06:00 AM).
It is a Work from Office role in Ahmedabad.
Required Male candidates only.
Working from the office during night hours.
