Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, proficiency in Tally, and a strong understanding of accounting practices, including purchase and sales processes, Excel, and general ledger entries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Tally.
• Handle purchase and sales transactions, including invoicing and payments.
• Prepare and post general journal entries.
• Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and ledgers.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Generate financial reports and summaries as needed.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Use Excel for preparing reports, analysis, and maintaining data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP.
• Strong Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
• Knowledge:
• Expertise in purchase and sales accounting.
• Understanding of general ledger entries and reconciliation processes.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

CTC: ₹25,000 per month
