Job Description
A. Digital Operations:
- Review of DigiOps reconciliations on periodic basis and ensure that all the queries/discrepancies are corrected addressed
- Identity and implementation process improvements in entire DigiOps process
- Ownership of entire day-to-day transactions in Digital operations
B. Reward operations
- Review of periodic (i.e., monthly and weekly) Rewards revenue and COGS along with related items
- Review of GRN vs Zoho reconciliation and required effect is given in books
- Review of all the Reward and DigiOps vendor payments before processing payments and ensure no duplication/excess payments
- Review of all the billing files before sharing it with Clients/customers and ensure timely following up overdue invoices at least 2 days prior to the overdue
- Review of Reward API wallet reconciliations on a periodic basis and ensure that all the queries/discrepancies are addressed.
Reporting
- Monthly book closure of both balance sheet and P&L for Reward and DigiOps operations.
- Publishing walks between Cash flow and EBITDA on a monthly basis
- Closely monitor the revenue and cost numbers and highlight to management wherever required
Others
- Support on adhocs requirements such as number crunching and analytical review and other controllership activities etc
- Periodic balance sheet review and closure of all long-standing open items for Rewards and DigiOps LOB
- Internal and external stakeholders management
Qualifications:
Qualified "Chartered Accountant"
Post qualification experience of 3 to 4 years
Hands-on experience in controllership activities such as AP, AR, GL closure
Good knowledge in MIS preparation and financial planning and Analysis
Having excellent technical and analytical skills
Business partnering and ability to manage team members, internal and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Proactive, results-oriented, and driven by a desire to exceed expectations.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
