Job Description
Job Description:
- Analyze website performance using tools like Shopify Analytics, GA4, Looker, and heatmapping platforms to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct audits to assess UX, user flow, and conversion performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to implement optimization strategies and track their effectiveness.
- Develop and execute A/B tests to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, user engagement, and customer retention.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, presenting insights to stakeholders and suggesting improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX).
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience working with Shopify Analytics, GA4, and Looker.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant field.
- Familiarity with heatmapping platforms such as Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Basic understanding of UX principles and user behaviour.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
