Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Python-based applications, with a strong focus on data processing and analysis.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable solutions using Pandas, NumPy, and related libraries.
• Review and refactor code to maintain high-quality standards and enhance application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and other developers, to ensure effective data processing workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all development activities.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
• Handle a team of developers, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python with 4+ years of professional experience.
• Strong expertise in Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation, analysis, and numerical computations.
• Experience in leading development teams and managing tasks effectively.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including version control (Git), testing, and debugging.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar libraries is a plus.
• Experience with database systems (MySQL/MongoDB) and handling large datasets.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
