Mechispike - Python Developer - Numpy/Pandas (5-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable Python applications.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Experience with cloud automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. , Terraform, Ansible).

- Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.

- Leverage cloud-native services and managed services to optimize application performance and cost-effectiveness.

- Implement unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools (e.g. , Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.

- Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in Python and cloud computing.

Must-Have Skills :

- Python Development : Strong proficiency in Python programming language and common libraries (e.g. , Pandas, NumPy, Flask/Django).

- TypeScript : Experience with TypeScript for front-end or back-end development.

- Cloud Technologies : Hands-on experience with either Azure or AWS, including core services and managed services.

- Coding Skills : Excellent coding practices, including code readability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Concepts : Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.

- Data Analysis : Experience with data analysis and processing techniques using Python libraries.

- CI/CD : Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
