Job Role and Responsibilities


Business Development

  • Complete understanding of current trends of Corporate Training market and Market Competency Development solutions to corporate houses (B2B businesses) and achieve overall revenue & B2B empanelment
  • Building Good network with CHROs, Learning & Development Officers, L&D Leaders & Corporate Training Delivery partners
  • Market Core RACE Programs and build Competency Development solutions around it based on the clients requirement
  • Develop complete rapport with existing clients, prospects and clear understanding of the upcoming business pipelines
  • Market open programs like PGD/MBA/M.Tech/MS/Diploma/Certification programs in emerging technologies areas like Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Block Chain, IOT, Cybersecurity and other similar programs for working professionals and be responsible to achieve targeted number of enrolments.
  • Design and execute marketing plan to achieve leads and targets
  • Ability to structure and scope complex problems, build documentation around it
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Plan Regular updates to relevant stakeholders on partner business performance
  • Update monthly, weekly trackers as per agreed timelines
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Manage day-to-day Communications with the partners with active problem solving 


Key accounts management

  • Initiate, engage and build deeper relationship with decision makers (CHROs, L&D Leaders, Business Head) of organizations for customized programs for employees.
  • Intellectual curiosity, deep interest in the technology landscape, evolving trends and long-term horizon
  • Ability to build outside-in POV on market opportunities and drive clear implications and recommendations
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to take action
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with experience developing materials for executive leadership.
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the companys products/services addressing clients objectives
  • Write proposals for customized programs in emerging technology areas
  • Documentation of the alliance management meetings and decisions


Event Management

  • Execute offline marketing events to drive awareness and enrolment.
  • Raise sponsorship for annual tech event and manage the event.


Qualification: Preferably BE/BTech/MTech or Science Streams with sales experience. 

  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Proven Sales track record in Technical or Education sales 
  • Experience in Customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English – oral and written
  • Market knowledge on corporate education and emerging technologies.
  • Good Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and pleasant demeanor 
  • Time management and planning skills
