Job Description:
- At Reubro International, we're building human-focused technology solutions that capture efficiency, performance, and user-friendly designs. We're seeking an Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure accuracy and compliance in all our accounting processes.
- During a typical day, you'll work alongside our administrative and financial teams to assess financial needs, prepare and analyze reports, process transactions, manage tax filings, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- You will also collaborate with various departments to optimize financial workflows and support decision-making processes. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, possesses strong accounting skills, and isn't afraid to ask questions. An understanding of not just how to manage accounts but why certain financial principles are applied is a must.
- Hands-on experience in GST compliance, EPFO management, and international payment platforms like Payoneer is essential.
- The ideal candidate will also handle administrative tasks, ensuring smooth accounting operations by managing tax compliance, employee benefit contributions, and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Taxation:
- Manage daily accounting tasks such as ledger entries, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with Indian tax laws.
- Process vendor payments, including international payments through Payoneer.
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Assist with audits and year-end financial close processes.
Payroll & EPFO Management:
- Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate deductions and disbursements.
- Oversee EPFO contributions and submissions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and ensure timely processing of claims.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage office administrative tasks including filing, document control, and office supplies management.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other operational needs.
- Assist in HR functions such as employee onboarding, maintaining attendance records, and handling employee queries.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with financial and administrative regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions, contracts, and agreements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, administration, and payroll management.
- Proficiency in GST filing, EPFO portal, and familiarity with international payment platforms like Payoneer.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a similar role in the IT sector.
- Familiarity with other compliance frameworks (TDS, ESI).
