We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Analyst specializing in the implementation of recruitment systems.

SHIFT TIMINGS: 8AM - 5PM EST

How will you make an impact in this role?

• Support the implementation of recruitment systems to enhance the talent acquisition process.
• Coordinate and handle system implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Analyze and interpret system data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with various collabora tors to align system implementations with organizational goals and objectives .
• Apply advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create, maintain , and analyze complex system reports and dashboards.
• Influence partners and project teams without direct authority to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide detailed reports and presentations on system implementation performance to senior management.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within recruitment systems or HR technology.

• Experience with Oracle Recruitment Cloud or similar recruitment technology platforms.
