Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) is companywide Centre of Excellence to provide Product & Data Solutions. The Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX), a global organization that sits within EDDS and is responsible for providing Digital best-in-class Customer Experience globally. As part of the portfolio, one of the remits is to provide Communications Centre of Excellence with the charter of driving high quality, customer-servicing communication experience.
The open role is for Enterprise Communication Enablement and Transformation (ECET) team under ECMX, the open role focuses on Financial Crime Transformation (FCT) to deliver servicing communications for FCT globally. As part of this team, the emphasis is on enhancing customer engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency by providing best-in-class communication experiences across multiple channels (Paper, Email, SMS, and Mobile App Push Notifications).
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who can help achieving the delivery targets for Communications (including but not limited to Paper, Email, SMS and Mobile App Push Notifications).
Core Responsibilities :
Building templates on the inhouse platform -Raven.
Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead corrective actions.
Create solutions to complex technical challenges across various platforms, systems of record, and teams, to deliver scalable and innovative capabilities.
Collaborate with Testing teams for E2 testing and validations.
Support Platform Health initiatives and contribute to Tech Debts
Ensures all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures.
Manage all stakeholders, streamline, and standardize process, drive process efficiencies, lead adhoc projects and adhoc requests, mobilize the team and drive customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years experience working in an Agile product development environment.
Demonstrates previous experience on Comms platform development.
Experience on any previous migration projects will be a plus.
Proven track record of shaping the product vision and delivering digital capabilities.
Highly collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
Technical Skills/Capabilities :
Java, Javascript, JSON, XMLs, API (preferred), Jenkins, Jira, Github co-pilot
Academic Background:
Bachelors Degree plus 2+ years of experience in Java & Comms Platforms(preferred)
Strong understanding of rules/logics, analytical approach
Preferred leadership skills with ability to build relationships
Demonstrated strategic thinking, proven ability to drive results and robust problem-solving skills
