Job Description
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts and configurations.
- Proficient in writing SQL quires
- Maintain a high level of customer service and communicate effectively with end-users to
- resolve their issues.
- Provide timely updates to users on the status of their support requests.
- Good understanding in Rest based web service
- Able to write AWS glue Jobs and crawler ,If worked on ETL project is added advantage.
- Should have knowledge on triggers for AWS glue workflow
- Good understanding in FAAS to use lambada and Step Functions
- Familiar with AWS S3 services
- Can be able to write code for Rest API calling using Java/Python
- HealthCare experience/Knowledge a plus
- Good understanding of Json and XML
- Incident Support :Second-level incident ticket triage and resolution with workarounds
- Perform Root Cause Analysis : Perform Root cause analysis where there are no known
- workarounds.
- Coordination : Coordinate with L3 and Dev teams on escalated incidents for any
- clarifications.
- Service Requests : ad hoc reporting, data extracts, non-incident technical support
- Educate users on best practices and help them understand how to prevent future issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to
- support IT operations.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Monitoring & observability : Leverage automation, machine learning to enhance
- monitoring and observability
