Technical Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
o Lead the planning and implementation of GCP projects.
o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in
collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
o Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
o Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
o Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and provide regular project
status reports.
Client Management:
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point
of contact.
o Ensure client needs are met, and expectations are managed throughout the
project lifecycle.
o Conduct regular status meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Team Coordination:
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and QA
to ensure smooth project execution.
o Assign and monitor the work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps
are in alignment with business objectives, on-time, and within budget.

Risk and Issue Management:
o Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as
necessary.
o Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify
successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Continuous Improvement:
o Continuously improve project delivery processes and tools.
o Stay up to date with GCP advancements and industry trends to enhance project
delivery and client solutions.

Technical Expertise :
o Manage cloud-based data solutions and infrastructure on GCP, Provide guidance
on leveraging GCP services for efficient data storage, processing and analytics.
o Strong knowledge of GCP services and architecture.
o In-depth understanding of data governance frameworks, including data quality,
security, and regulatory compliance.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data stewardship and ensure data
management practices align with organizational goals.
o Lead the implementation and optimization of Ab-Initio ETL solutions for large-
scale data processing.

o Oversee the development and deployment of QlikSense dashboards, ensuring
that data visualization solutions meet business requirements.
o Oversee and optimize Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes to enable
seamless data integration and ensure data accuracy.
o Work closely with data engineers to design and improve ETL pipelines, ensuring
scalability and reliability.
