Experience Level : 6-10 years.

Mandatory Skills :

Full stack development.

- Proficiency in Java / DotNet / Python Full Stack development.

- Creating High & Low-Level Design documents with relevant UML diagrams.

- Fintech product experience is advantageous.

- Expertise in system architecture and microservices.

- Enthusiastic about innovation, problem-solving, and delivering impactful technology solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop comprehensive system architectures, focusing on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Lead the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures.

- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to meet project requirements.

- Create detailed High-Level and Low-Level Design documents, including relevant UML diagrams.

- Ensure design documents are clear, concise, and effectively communicate the architectural vision.

- Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to development teams.

- Actively participate in full-stack development using Java, .NET, or Python, as needed.

- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.

- Leverage experience in the Fintech domain to design and implement solutions that meet industry-specific requirements.

- Understand and implement security and compliance best practices related to the fintech industry.

Required Skills and Experience :
