Education: Master degree in Food Nutrition and Dietetics/ PG Diploma in Diet and Nutrition.

• Relevant experience in field
• Preference for strong scientific knowledge regarding human physiology and biochemistry.

Biostatics/ Data analysis.

• Preference to candidates with Research experience & Publication in relevant field.

Knowledge and Skill Set:

• Weight loss diet Program for group as well as individual.
• Knowledge of Keto Diet (* specially advised by HCM)
• Group counselling for Diet and Nutrition
• Knowledge Healthy practices in cooking and food planning.
• Knowledge of clinical diet and nutrition Planning ( for Diabetics, thyroid ,and other health issues)
• Sports nutrition
• Deep knowledge of Supplements, (Requirements, doses, method of consumption, and

contraindication/ side effects).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Weight Management for employees: Sensitization and guidance to employees to correct diet,

eating habits to manage overweight and obesity.

• Diet clinic: Diet Planning and monitoring. Employees can take appointment for their diet plans.
• Monitoring of Staff canteen: regarding healthy cooking habits, sanitization and Menu Planning.
• Health and wellness Programs: Work in coordination with health and wellness team (Doctors,

Physiotherapists, and Yoga and fitness trainers) to create healthy lifestyle and fitness culture

within the organization.
