Working Experience :

- Minimum 8 years of working experience within software industry.

- A test engineer who has at least 3 year experience in enterprising software testing.

Competencies, Skills and Behaviors :

- Good understanding for company business, workflow and procedures.

- Good understanding for industry ERP system.

- Has a good knowledge of application-under-test functionality and application requirements so as to perform software testing proficiently, including functional, automation, regression, stress and integration

testing.

- Familiar with at least 3+ popular test tools and their usage.

- Proficient in test case design and arrange effective test plan which is always consist with project release schedule.

- Familiar with the software development lifecycle and agile software development process.

- Good QA documentation design experience.

- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and across departments with different stakeholders.

- Good teamwork and good English communication skills.
