I. Job Summary :
The Analyst, Product Owner works on assigned low-to-mid complexity products, advocating for the product
roadmap and strategy, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog, supporting product development
throughout the lifecycle, and assisting with business requirement changes. The role also involves leading
the execution of roadmaps, managing requirements, delivering use cases and user stories, and ensuring
solutions align with business goals.
Additionally, the position requires reviewing code, establishing testing standards, and managing project implementation. The Analyst, Product Owner will also support user acceptance testing, communicate with stakeholders, and lead the requirement change process.
II. Principal Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Description :
1. Product Management :
- Evangelize the product roadmap, vision, and strategy across the development team at all times; have a deep understanding of the customer needs, product canvas and market dynamics. Product(s) assigned will be low-to mid-complexity and/or impact.
- Collaborate with Product Manager on Feature prioritization: create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the product backlog based on business value
- Support Product Management throughout the product development lifecycle including assessing the opportunities and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Provide support on the business requirement change process.
2. Product Development :
- Lead the execution of agreed-upon prioritized roadmaps, collaborating with cross functional teams for successful implementation.
- Plays a primary role in the requirements management including gathering, analyzing, confirming, documenting, and following up the business requirements.
- Deliver use cases, user stories and requirements to the scrum delivery team, ensure the team fully understands the business requirements and purpose.
- Develop a functional acumen to support how solutions will address business goals.
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building partnerships with key stakeholders to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Work in collaboration with all various internal teams (Software Architects, Database Administrators, Tech Lead, Developers, Design, and management team) to provide the client with a technical solution that will meet the business.
- Helps identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
- Contributes to a collaborative product team environment; participate in all scrum team ceremonies.
- Primary interface with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and product manager for the development team; manage relationships and expectations throughout
3. Product Delivery & Support :
- Review deliverable and demonstrable code after each sprint, recommends to accept or reject.
- Helps establish and maintain testing standards and progress visibility measures.
- Share accountability with development team for the product and build quality.
- Own the E2E project management with delivery teams support.
- Trace and monitor solution implementation progress.
- Review deliverable and demonstrable code after each sprint, and recommend to accept or reject.
- Make sure the solutions meet business needs and stakeholders timeline expectations.
- Support the UAT and actively communicate with stakeholders to identify new problems or opportunities, take the responsibility to align the release time with stakeholders, perform solutions demos and release announcements, and lead the requirement change process.

IV. Minimum Qualifications :
Education Background :
- Major Technology or Project Management or Business
Degree, High school or GED, Associate (2 years), Some College, Junior College, Bachelor (4 years), Master Ph.D
- Licenses/Certificates Certified Scrum Product Owner certifications preferred but not required
Working Experience required and preferred :
- 2+ years experience working within Product Management/ Development
- Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies & SDLC
Procedures preferred :
- Travel (% of travel time; domestic or international) 10% travel: Domestic/International
