ReSource Pro - Senior Consultant - Automation (8-12 yrs)

Job Summary :

The Senior Consultant is integral to the Automation team, being responsible for combing deep knowledge of the business needs and goals coupled with deep understanding of how Automation technologies can help achieve those needs and goals. This role helps in conceptualizing, architecting, and delivering automation solutions. Works closely with business analysts, automation architects, automation developers, Service Delivery Unit, and systems/database administrators to build and deliver digital solutions that provide strategic competitive advantage for ReSource Pros clients. Provide coaching and consulting advice to Service Delivery Unit, when needed, to promote the adoption of automation.

Responsibilities Description :

1. Consulting Delivery Automation :

Participate in, coordinate, and oversee delivery of digital transformation initiatives such as :

- Automation Strategy and Roadmap

- Automation Advisory (identification of automation opportunities, evaluation and selection of various automation technologies such as RPA, API, IDP, LCAP, AI, NLP, etc., development of business case, establishment of ongoing automation governance, etc.)

- Automation Delivery (disciplined use of relevant automation technologies such as RPA, API, IDP, LCAP, AI, NLP, etc. to automate business processes)

- Automation vendor, tools, platform assessment and selection

- Work closely with ReSource Pros clients and/or service delivery unit teams to determine and understand their business problems, needs and requirements.

- Coordinate directly with clients to gather needed information.

- Translate clients business problems, needs and requirements to technical team members.

- Incorporate clients needs and requirements to develop automation solution blueprints

- Design and develop architectural patterns in support of the automation initiatives

- Work with ReSource Pro technology department to execute and deliver automation project and roadmap while ensure high client satisfaction.

2. Automation Opportunity Presales Support & Client Facing Automation Communication :

- Actively participate in pursuits (client presentation) of automation introduction, use case and value propositions, and support environment provisioning conversation with the client operations and/or IT

- Participate in development of solution approach, blueprints, effort estimates etc.

- Participate in discovery and proposal conversations with prospective clients

3. Project Management and Team Mentorship :

- Provide guidance/requirements for other team members regarding automation initiatives

- Monitor and track client engagements, progress and outcomes, and perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure that all deliverables are met on time and with excellence

- Develop, coach, and engage automation developers, assist the assist manager or manager to create a high performing automation delivery team within the Technology division 20%

- The above responsibilities are not inclusive. Other responsibilities may be assigned to this job position depending on Business needs.

V. Minimum Qualifications :

- Education Background Major Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Systems, Management, or related field

Licenses/Certificates Strongly preferred :

At least one from :

- UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere or Power Automate

- Scrum Master. PMP or any related project management certificate

Working Experience required and preferred Required :

- 8 to 12 years experience in IT, 3+ years in Intelligent Automation

- 3+ years Business Analysis/Consulting

- Insurance industry experience preferred

- Team management experience preferred

Behavioral/technical skills; Competencies :

- The ideal candidate will have good mix of automation technology skills, business thinking and is client focused.

- Understanding of various automation technologies such as RPA, API, IDP, LCAP, AI, NLP, etc.

- Ability to imagine automated solutions and understand a potential future-state process and system design.

- Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram as well as to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram.

- Can follow a structured and methodical problem solving approach, combined with critical and creative thinking.

- Appreciation for development methodologies and best practices (e.g., iterative agile methodologies, change control, source control, project management)

- A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.

- Good verbal and written English skills

- Excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills
