*Drives Revenue through the selling and up selling of reservations, room types and additional items.

*Provides qualitative customer service on every call.

*Answers customer inquiries, providing professional assistance to potential and existing guests on every call.

*Prepares daily reports like Business on Books, cancellation and creation report, VIP Arrival.

*Upsells products and accomodations whenever possible.

*Prepares accurate input of all data required to complete transaction.

*Ensures prompt & accurate reverts for all room related queries.

*Responsible for room revenue maximization.

*Assists the Reserations Manager to ensure RevPar Leadership with consistent ADR increase thereby ensuring highest EBITDA for the hotel.
