Research Associate Formulations

Purpose of the Role:

To conduct research under guidance of Team Lead to optimise the cost and improve the yield to aid in the business growth of UPL

Job Responsibilities:

1. Literature search and evaluation of various formulation process and types and selection of equipments
2. Execution Plan for conducting experiments
3. Need to develop various agro formulations such as DF, EC, CS, SC etc.
4. Conducting day to day experiments as per Project Execution Plan
5. Process Optimization for cost effectiveness
6. Scale up of the Lab Process
7. Regular review of the results and take corrective actions
8. Timely reporting of results to the superiors
9. Documentation: Documentation of experimental results in std formats

Qualification:

1. MSc in Agrochem and Pest Management or Pesticides and Agrochemicals. 
2. 4-7 years of Experience of working in lab and handling various formulation equipment.
3. Good understanding of formulation chemistry.
4. Knowledge of analytical equipments related to formulations.
