 Job Responsiblities :

 Preparing a detailed plan for timely execution of assigned project(s)

 Developing research tools in alignment with the Terms of Reference and Technical Proposal

 Conducting data analysis and drafting comprehensive research reports that offer evidence-based solutions

 To develop wining research proposals in response to tenders

 To prepare Power-point Presentation and present it before the clients

 Eligibility :

 PG in Social Sciences / Statistics / Economics / Rural Dev. / Management / Public Health / Other related disciplines

 Computer savvy with excellent command over Written English (both language grammar), to be assessed through a test

 Candidates with basic knowledge of SPSS / STATA and experience in report writing will be preferred

 Freshers are welcome to apply

 Renumeration :

 Rs. 6.04 lakh / annum = Rs. 42,000/- / month (Fixed) + Rs. 1 lakh / year (Variable). The variable component will only be applicable on satisfactory completion of services for a period of 1 year. In case of your wilful departure or your services get terminated owing to your unsatisfactory performance, the variable amount will not be payable

 Appointment :

 This is a full-time regular position. Initially, the individuals will be appointed on a probationary basis for a period of 1 year. After successful completion of the probation period, the candidate would be absorbed in the regular cadre of the organization) with salary increment and benefits, such as, PF, Health Insurance, Medical Allowance, Self-Development Allowance, etc. High performing candidates will be promoted to the rank of Research Analyst after a period of 2 years
