Travel Requirement: Weekly travel to factory in Bhiwadi

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist who will play a crucial role in managing our HR operations, specifically focusing on payroll management, recruitment, and overall HR functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing sector and be capable of working independently to drive our HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• HR Operations: Handle employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate HR records and reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
