Reo.dev - Data Scientist (2-4 yrs)

Reo.Dev is a modern revenue stack for Developer focused companies. We help Developer Tool companies identify which Engineering Teams have an Urgent need for their product and the highest likelihood of conversion. We capture and analyze a wide array of developer activity data from Github, Docs, Docker Installs, Communities, other dev specific sources and convert them to sales signals.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be at the frontier of Data and AI Innovations, driving our AI roadmap and shaping how we extract, analyze, and leverage data. Your mission:

- Architect AI-driven insights - Build AI agents and data models that supercharge our platform.

- Decode the data universe - Work with engineering and product teams to understand data structures, design pipelines, and extract meaningful insights.

- Make data talk - Develop cutting-edge reports and analytics that power key business and product decisions.

- Stay ahead of the AI curve - Keep a pulse on the rapidly evolving AI landscape and pioneer innovative solutions using the latest GenAI breakthroughs.

What We're Looking For:

- Data Wizardry : Mastery in extracting, analyzing, and modeling data from diverse sources.

- AI & ML Mastery : Experience in building data models and working with in-house datasets.

- Code First Mindset : Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Redash (or similar tools).

- GenAI Experience : Hands-on with modern GenAI models like Llama, DeepSeek, or equivalent.

- Startup DNA : Comfortable in high-energy environments where speed, ownership, and impact matter.
