Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Law.
- 1-2 years experience in General Corporate (preferable)
- Job location: Bangalore (onsite)
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Liase with internal stakeholders
- Handle secretarial compliance relating to the Companies Act, 2013.
- Liaise with the outside counsels of the Company to provide necessary information and inputs for various legal matters.
- Assist the reporting manager in doing research on various laws.
- Drafting and replying to legal notices.
- Contract life management.
Required Competencies
- Knowledge of Companies Act 2013, Indian Contract Act 1872,
- Negotiable Instruments Act 1881 and Regional Stamp Act.
- Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
- Good written and oral skills.
- Able to multi-task work in hand.
- Good research skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
