Job Description
- A preference for candidates residing along the Western Line of Mumbai for a convenient commute.
- We are seeking immediate joiners or candidates with a shorter notice period.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years (Graduate freshers are also welcome to apply).
- The Analyst - Business Operations (Support) is responsible for working within the Application support team to ensure the issues reported to him are resolved within the time specified.
- Must have SQL, MySQL knowledge.Interim Excel knowledge (Pivot table, Vlookup, Import Range, Functions), Google sheets
- The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability, flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple and changing priorities and be able to successfully collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
- Should be able to resolve the queries raised by the branches.
- Analyze business processes and requirements
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions within the timeline
- Providing support to the in-house applications
- Should be a very strong team player
- Enhancing knowledge with self-learning abilities
- Should be able to maintain SLA
- Strong analytical skills
- Should be able to build SQL queries
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to think logically and troubleshoot issues
- Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes internal, external and customer teams
- Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BSC-IT
