Job Description
- The Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of technicians and delivering quality services and service excellence through them.
- The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager/Operations Manager and will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
- GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a team of technicians and deliver Service Excellence through a team.
- Ensure contractual obligations to our customers are met; ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship are delivered.
- Ensure the customers hygiene needs are met by pest control/ Hygiene technicians by recommending appropriate solutions
- Support technicians through training, coaching and field accompaniment
- Oversee the resourcing, deployment and development of technician
- Ensure the teams are complying with the latest Health & Safety, Environmental and Pesticide usage regulations
- Support in preparing various reports for internal and external customers
- KEY DELIVERABLES
- Efficient & effective execution of contractual obligations
- Technicians training, coaching and field accompaniment
- Resourcing and deployment of Technicians.
