Job Description
As a Customer Acquisition Associate at Rentickle, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and driving business growth.
Your strong communication skills and proficiency in English will be essential in attracting and retaining customers.
Your expertise in email marketing will help you create effective campaigns to reach potential customers.Key Responsibilities.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
ï‚· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
ï‚· Communicating with customers through various channels.
ï‚· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
ï‚· Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
ï‚· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
ï‚· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
ï‚· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
ï‚· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
ï‚· Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
ï‚· Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
ï‚· Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
ï‚· Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
ï‚· Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
ï‚· Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and following up to ensure the resolution.
ï‚· Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
ï‚· Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
ï‚· Taking the extra mile to engage customers.
About Company:Rentickle is a start-up engaged in the business of providing lifestyle products and services such as furniture, appliances, gadgets, etc.
on rent.
The company is founded by 2 industry stalwarts who bring with them more than 40 years of industry experience.
Amit, an alumnus of DCE and ISB, Hyderabad, has 15 years of experience in the domain of PE transactions and has been on the advisory board of many growth stage companies.
Vineet brings with him more than 25 years of experience working in leadership roles with companies like Godrej, Whirlpool, Future Group etc.
The company is well funded..
